NL Legacy Beef Co. is a family-owned beef business operated by Natalie and Lee in Central Texas.

We started this business with a simple purpose: to give families a dependable way to buy quality Texas beef directly from the people who raise it. We believe customers deserve to know where their beef comes from, how it was cared for, and exactly what they are paying.

FROM OUR RANCH TO YOUR FAMILY

Our cattle are cared for and finished under our oversight, with close attention given to their health, nutrition, and condition. We allow the time and feed necessary to produce well-finished, flavorful beef rather than rushing the process.

After processing, the beef is vacuum sealed, frozen, boxed, and divided into convenient quarter, half, or whole-beef orders.

SIMPLE, UPFRONT PRICING

Buying beef by hanging weight can make it difficult to know what the final bill will be. That is why we use straightforward package pricing.

The listed price includes the beef, processing, vacuum-sealed packaging, and delivery to one of our designated Texas meetup locations. Shipping is also available for an additional charge.

There are no surprise processing bills after you order.
